HIVE HOT 80 🔥🔥🔥🔥
HEAT: 100-105℉ HUMIDITY: 50-55%
During this 80-minute class, we flow through a set sequences combining static postures and vinyasa flow that is choreographed to upbeat /popular music and immersed in a dark, heated room. The combination of the heat and humidity will allow the body to open, stretch, and restore from the inside out. Each class will help link breath and movement, deepen mind and body connection, and bring a greater consciousness to your subtle body. This class is accessible for beginners yet challenging for those practitioners who take more advanced variations of the postures in class.

Charge up with a quicker version of our Hot 80 class.
Vinyasa is mindful movement. We ask that you come with an open mind, stripped of any expectations you carry of yourself, and take an 60-minute vacation of body exploration, transformation, and movement. All levels are welcome.
*This class takes place in a dark room. The music is turned up and features upbeat/popular playlists that sometimes have explicit language.

Yoga + HIIT 🔥🔥
HEAT: 95℉ HUMIDITY: 25-30%
Combine asana with high-intensity interval training to infuse your yoga practice with energy, stability, and balance. Option to incorporate hand weights and resistance bands for a maximum calorie-burning effect and a new challenge to a traditional yoga class. This class will get your heart pumping and your blood flowing.

RESTORATIVE YOGA 🙏🏼
NON-HEATED
Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time with the aid of props, without strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Restorative yoga classes are very relaxing and slow paced. Props, like blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps are used so that you are supported in your pose comfortably. You will then hold the pose for an extended period of time. This practice is great to balance an active yoga schedule or to give yourself a break when your body and mind need it.

YIN YOGA 🙏🏼
NON-HEATED
Yin yoga is a more relaxed practice targeting the ligaments, tendons and facia within the body. Often involves guided meditations and breath work. Traditional Yin involves a series of passive floor postures that are held from three to five minutes at a time. This class is a perfect complement to a more active style of yoga such as our signature power vinyasa flow. This class is in our non-heated studio.

YOGA TRAPEZE 🙏🏼
NON-HEATED
In this class, your Yoga Trapeze Certified instructor will guide you through the mechanics of the trapeze and move through each pose, ensuring that you understand the foundation of utilizing this prop. You will then be guided through a 60-minute practice of inversions, arm balances, and strength training exercises. Routines will include warm-ups, flow sequences, and static holds. All levels are welcome- spots are limited!

WARM VINYASA 🔥🔥
HEAT: 95- 100℉ HUMIDITY 35-45%
A balanced yoga practice where we link breath and movement, connecting to an open heart and mind. This practice is the perfect way to improve strength and balance, and relieve stress from your day. Enjoy creative flows and transitions along with deep stretches and guided breath work in this traditional-style vinyasa. Options for modifications and advancements are cued often making this a welcoming class for all skill levels!

This vigorous and energizing practice focuses on building whole body strength, serenity, flexibility, and balance. Enjoy fun tunes while the dynamic mix of creative transitions and advanced postures take you on a journey. This class is designed to build a stronger foundation for your practice and get you out of your mind and into your body. Expect benefits to be carried with you through your other classes and your daily life.

KIDDO YOGA
FOR AGES 6-11 YEARS OLD
Bring your kids in for a relaxing hour of basic yoga stretches, fun games, and a playful introduction to the fundamentals of mindfulness and meditation.
Kiddo yoga classes coincide with heated classes for mamas, papas, and all those who care for them!
(Parent/Guardian is required to check-in kiddo(s) at front desk and waiver signed at first visit).
